We are honored to have received a Builders Choice & Custom Home Design Award for our Little House on the Ferry project. This 682 sq ft seasonal residence was acknowledged with a grand award in the Custom Home Under 5,000 Square Feet category. Little House_WEB_P9B2694_edit_Trent Bell Located on the island of Vinalhaven, off the coast of Maine, this home consists of three cabins, connected by an exterior walkway. The two bedroom cabins, and living/dining space, rest above a non-operational quarry, with views of the ocean beyond.
