GO Logic’s Casco Bay Residence is featured in the May 2014 issue of Maine Boats, Homes & Harbors. Small House BIG VIEW highlights the design process and features of this waterfront home. While the site itself held a lot of sentimental value for the owner, replacement of the home was only permitted if the footprint stayed exactly the same. Building on the original lopsided-Y footprint, and utilizing GO Logic’s patented foundation along with our standard building materials and techniques, an extremely energy-efficient home was constructed, nestled between mature trees, with views of the woods and of the bay.
